Beautiful handmade stoneware fired dish with stoneware fired handmade spoon and a glass jar of Devon Seaweed Salt.

The ceramic colours are inspired by the beautiful Devon countryside along the coast, the river or up on the moors.

Devon foraged seaweed, dried powdered and flaked with dried lemon zest, flaked sea salt and pink and black peppercorns make up the wild condiment.

With the light citrus lemon zest this obviously is delicious with any seafood or chicken dish but a real winner tossed onto roast vegetables and a winner on a poached or fried egg! Also use as the salt addition to a soup or stew, marinade, rub etc.

A zesty lemon flavour with the umami* lift of seaweed for depth of flavour. Use it to marinate your food. A little goes a long way as you tend to need less flaked sea salt than you would table salt

The dish and spoon make a lovely addition to the table and the kitchen.
