Nip Flask of Wild Forage Fruit Liqueur
50ml bottle of Wild Forage Fruit Liqueur
Wild forage fruit goes into making these delicious liqueurs. Sloes, blackberries and damsons inform many of my varieties in a number of combinations. Each infused carefully and blended for a full flavour. They make a warming drink to sip or a fabulous cocktail. See my news page for some cocktail recipe ideas.
We have a cocker spaniel called Olive who needs walking every day, this leads me out onto the moors and along the coast in the beautiful part of Devon that I live in. I usually come back with enough fruit to make a batch of liqueur when the season allows. I tend to use less sugar than many recipes as I find them a little syrupy, you can always add your own sugar syrup if you want it sweeter but can't take it away.
You must be over 18 to purchase this alcoholic beverage.
