Devon Seaweed Furikake
This is a delicious condiment with toasted sesame seeds, Devon foraged seaweed powder, pink peppercorns, flaked sea salt, powdered garlic and the merest sprinkle of Aleppo chilli.
Not a spicy condiment at all, its mild, sweet, nutty and flavoursome bursting with umami from the seaweed.
Add to your favourite Asian style food, noodles, sushi, mixed into steamed greens, on fish, on a salad and definitely try with egg! The seaweed gives a delicious rounded flavour and the toasted sesame are nutty and delicious.
